Job Description – We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to oversee end-to-end AR operations and ensure timely collections, accurate cash application, and efficient dispute resolution. The role involves leading a team, monitoring customer accounts and ageing reports, managing reconciliations, improving AR processes, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AR processes, collections, billing, accounting principles, and ERP systems, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
