Job Description –
We are looking for an experienced RTR Lead to oversee end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closures, and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (RTR) with hands-on expertise in SAP, MS Office, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close. Candidates should have completed 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) with a B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance. The role involves managing the RTR process, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, supporting audits, driving process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality financial reports while maintaining strong internal controls.
