Job Description –
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Associate – Record to Report (RTR) to support end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely month-end close activities. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (RTR) with hands-on expertise in SAP, MS Office, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Tax & Statutory Reporting, and Financial Reporting. Candidates should have completed 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) with a B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance. The role involves managing financial close activities, maintaining general ledger integrity, supporting audits, performing reconciliations, driving process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional finance teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while delivering accurate financial insights.
