Job Description –
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Accounts Payable (AP) to lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations and ensure efficient delivery of Accounts Payable processes. The ideal candidate should have 6–11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including strong expertise in Accounts Payable Operations, Invoice Processing, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, SLA & KPI Management, Audit & Compliance, and Escalation Management. Candidates should have completed 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) with a B.Com, CA, ICWA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification. The role involves leading AP teams, managing invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, audits, helpdesk operations, query resolution, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
