Job Description – We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Record to Report (RTR) to manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations and ensure smooth process delivery. The ideal candidate should have 6–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (RTR) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial planning & analysis, and ERP systems. Candidates must have completed 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) with a B.Com, M.Com, CA, ICWAI, or CPA, or an equivalent finance qualification. The role involves managing RTR activities, ensuring SLA compliance, handling helpdesk operations, vendor communications, query resolution, preparing financial reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements. Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Oracle, SAP, and Zoho ERP is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all financial processes.
